Governance Committee

The Governance Committee is comprised of active CoC Board members.

The Collaborative Applicant works with Governance Committee to identify replacements when necessary. Board members can express interest.

Governance meets on an as needed basis. Typically, 3-4 times a year. 

The Governance Committee is charged with recruiting qualified, willing members of the CoC to serve as Board members in accordance with the desired composition as outlined in relevant federal and/or state regulations. This includes updating bylaws, drafting committee charters, composition, and application process.
