GRCoC Board Members

The Greater Richmond Continuum of Care (GRCoC) Board is elected by GRCoC membership to serve as the governing body and help accomplish GRCoC's mission to prevent, reduce, and end homelessness through effective and coordinated. The Board shall have the power to act on behalf of and in the best interest of GRCoC.

GRCoC Bylaws

The GRCoC Bylaws govern our regional coalition, provide guidance on how our community makes decisions and takes actions about coordinated funding and policies for service coordination. The bylaws were first written in 2013 and have been updated several times since then. GRCoC Active Members last voted to approve the amended the GRCoC bylaws on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
