GRCoC Governance Committee

The Governance Committee is made up of active CoC Board members and typically meets 3–4 times a year. It works with the Collaborative Applicant to fill vacancies and recruits qualified CoC members to serve on the Board, ensuring alignment with federal and state requirements. The committee also oversees updates to bylaws, committee charters, and the Board application process.
