GRCoC SPP Committee

The System Policy and Process Committee (SPP) is responsible for reviewing and updating policies and processes that guide the GRCoC Coordinated Entry System. Many policies endorsed by SPP must be approved by the CoC board. The SPP Committee also manages the CoC’s Grievance Process.

The SPP Committee is comprised of one voting member representative from each provider type (e.g., emergency shelter, outreach, permanent supportive housing, etc.), one non-voting Coordinated Entry (referrals) member, one veteran services representative, and one member representing victim services.

Applications for the SPP Committee are accepted every two years. Candidates are reviewed and selected by Governance.

The SPP Committee members serve a 2-year term and meet about once a month.
