GRCoC QIL Workgroup

The Quality Improvement Leadership (QIL) Workgroup consists of organizations within the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care (GRCoC) that receive funding through the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP), and/or the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).The QIL Work Group convenes quarterly to identify and discuss programmatic quality concerns within the coordinated homeless services system, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.

Each participating CoC agency receiving ESG (non-CV), CoC, and/or VHSP funding is represented by two designated representatives on the Committee.

CARITAS, Commonwealth Catholic Charities, Daily Planet Health Services, Hanover Safe Place, HomeAgain, Housing Families First, Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, St. Joseph's Villa, Support Works Housing, and YWCA Richmond.
