Case Manager Resource Hub

Whether you are new to the Continuum of Care (CoC) or looking for quick access to tools and information, this hub provides resources to help you navigate the system, understand Coordinated Entry, connect with community partners, and support households experiencing homelessness. Here you will find training materials, program information, referral guidance, case conferencing resources, and opportunities to stay connected with system updates and ongoing learning.
Our goal is to make essential information easy to find, support consistent practices across agencies, and strengthen collaboration throughout the homeless response system.

HCIS Support
The Homeless Community Information System (HCIS) is the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), a secure database used to document services, coordinate care, and better understand homelessness in our region. HCIS helps homeless service providers record client interactions, track housing and service needs, coordinate referrals, and connect individuals and families to housing resources. As required by HUD, Continuums of Care use HMIS to collect standardized data that supports service coordination, community planning, and reporting on homelessness and housing outcomes. To learn more about HCIS, please visit the HCIS page here.
