GRCoC Releases FY 2026 Annual Report
Compassion. Cooperation. Accountability. Collaboration.
The Greater Richmond Continuum of Care (GRCoC) published its Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Annual Report on October 8, 2026, highlighting the collective work of our region’s homelessness response system over the past fiscal year.
The GRCoC represents a network of compassion, collaboration, and resilience across our region. This annual report demonstrates what is possible when communities, organizations, and individuals work together toward a shared goal. By continually learning, adapting, and using data to guide our work, our network helps people experiencing homelessness move toward greater stability and permanent housing.
Our progress is a testament to the dedication of hundreds of frontline homeless services professionals, the agencies delivering proven solutions, and the volunteers, advocates, funders, and community partners who make this work possible. At the same time, the need for these services remains significant. Rising housing costs, the high cost of living, and economic pressures continue to place households at risk of housing instability and homelessness.
Responding to homelessness requires more than any one organization or program can provide. It requires a coordinated regional system and sustained investment in the solutions we know work. Together, we can strengthen our response, expand pathways to housing, and ensure that people experiencing homelessness have access to the support they need.
This important work is made possible through the commitment of our community, including frontline professionals and volunteers; nonprofit and community-based organizations; private donors and philanthropic organizations; local governments; the Commonwealth of Virginia; and the federal government.
The GRCoC will continue to coordinate, respond, and serve people experiencing homelessness throughout our region. With continued collaboration, community support, and investment, we can continue making progress toward a region where everyone has a safe and stable place to call home.
